Designed to be hosted on a DHCD URL rather than directing constituents to the external Tableau site.

Residential Development Application Reporting
The bill
Localities over 3,500 population must report every residential development application they receive, approve and deny each year — with unit counts, proposed tenure, affordability targeting and permitted density.
The prototype
Turns a locality's own permit records into the return it has to file, then sets approval rates, unit mix and density side by side across localities.

Affordable Housing Preservation & Right of First Refusal
The bill
Gives localities a right of first refusal on publicly supported housing, and requires annual reporting from localities over 3,500 population on properties whose affordability covenants are expiring.
The prototype
Tracks every covenant expiry in the Commonwealth, tiers properties by how soon they lapse, and drills from a jurisdiction down to the individual buildings at risk.

Income-Qualified Energy Efficiency & Weatherization Task Force
The bill
Establishes a task force under DHCD and requires publicly available data, by census tract, on income-qualified households that received efficiency improvements, weatherization or repairs — including cost and energy saved, five years back.
The prototype
Publishes that tract-level data two ways: a resident-facing page for checking eligibility, and an explorer for the program staff who have to report it.
